The dumping of debris, yard waste, branches, and trash or consumer items onto District common areas such as streets, sidewalks, boulevards, alleys or other public way, and any and all public parks, squares, open spaces, or grounds is strictly prohibited. Homeowners, residents or their guests will be held responsible for the cleanup and disposal of any items illegally disposed on District common area.
Triview may impose a $500 fine for each incident.
