A Note Regarding Triview Metropolitan District No. 2 and Triview Metropolitan District No. 4
You may have recently heard about a Dissolution Ballot Initiative being pursued by two separate metropolitan districts — Triview Metropolitan District No. 2 (serving Promontory Pointe) and Triview Metropolitan District No. 4 (serving Sanctuary). We want to make it clear that Triview Metropolitan District is not involved in this initiative in any way.
These are entirely separate districts that were originally formed for the sole purpose of financing road and infrastructure improvements in their respective service areas. Now that their construction work is complete, they are seeking dissolution to reduce administrative costs for property owners while continuing to meet their remaining bond obligations.
