Triview 1.5 Million Gallon Water Project
Securing renewable water rights is only half the battle; we also must have a place to store that water until…
The Northern Delivery System (NDS), now operational as of August 2024, is a major infrastructure achievement by Triview Metro District aimed at securing a long-term, renewable water supply. Developed over a decade with significant investments in water rights, reservoir storage, and infrastructure—including a 16-inch pipeline—the NDS delivers water through a partnership with Colorado Springs Utilities. It will serve approximately 4,500 homes and businesses, with future benefits extending to Forest Lakes residents. This milestone ensures Triview can sustainably meet the needs of its growing population using renewable sources, backed by Denver Basin wells during peak summer demand and drought periods.
